Starting game, characters begin at 5th level. 5th level characters get a +1 Ability Score increase, 3 feats, and 2 traits found in the back of the Advanced Players Guide.
Starting experience will be 15,000 XP. Next level (6th) requires 23,000 XP. The game will be using the Medium experience chart. Please note: The Leadership feat is NOT permitted in this campaign.
Each player begins with 10,500 gold pieces. Magical items purchased must be makable using divine magic, unless the character is the one allowed arcane class.
Stat Generation Method: Roll 4d6, keep the highest three (re-roll ones and twos).
Pathfinder PRD is an online resource by Paizo that may help you easily navigate and use resources for the game even if you lack the books.
The following are open classes available to all players:
Anti-Paladin/Blackguard (These are the Paladins of Zon-Kuthon’s Religion. See Paladin)
The following classes are arcane magic classes. At beginning of the game, only one character can be an arcane class. The following arcane classes may be applied later in the game to other characters via role-play and in game pursuit. Wizards are not on this list and they can not be taken except for in game pursuit.
Religion is very important in this game. Three fourths of the world is ruled by religion. Be sure to read up on the religions of your character’s region of origin. Even if the character does not follow the religion, the local religion of the character’s upbringing would be known.
Be sure to check House Rules to see if there are any changes to feats, spells, or other rules that you would like to use with your character or would affect your character.
The beginning of the game will take place in Derson, a small town in the Mandir Desert, Island of Tori (Graimorian Kingdom).
Throughout the campaign if a character dies and cannot or does not want to come back, the player may make a new character. The player may not play the same race or class as previous characters played by that player.
